Grape Varieties:

Touriga Franca

Schist
Winemaking:
Hand harvesting. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes
are destemmed and crushed, then transferred to temperature-
controlled stainless steel tanks where fermentation
takes place, typically lasting about 2 to 3 weeks at 24ºC.
During this period, while the wine is in contact with
the must, two pump-overs are performed per day.
After fermentation is complete, the must is pressed and
aged on fine lees for one year in stainless steel tanks.
After bottling, it undergoes a 6-month aging process
in the bottle.
