| Next to Estremoz, the region's renowned wine-growing area, on a property of more than 70 hectares, the best quality grapes are produced with great care and attention, from the Alentejo's native varieties, with white varieties such as Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho, and red varieties Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira and Tinta Caiada. |

| Each year, grapes are hand-harvested at dawn, transported to the winery in the early morning breeze.
